Helvetic Research provides quantitative research, analytics, backtesting, and simulation tools through an MCP server. It does not provide investment advice, place trades, connect to brokers, or manage assets.

Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of Helvetic Research.
No investment advice
All outputs are informational research. You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, or risk decision. Nothing here is a recommendation or solicitation.
Accounts and access
Access requires Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for which AI clients you authorize. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other workspaces, or use it unlawfully. Research credits and rate limits bound usage per plan.
Data and accuracy
Default market data is community/unlicensed convenience data and may be incomplete or delayed. Results depend on assumptions, data quality, and models. We do not warrant accuracy; verify independently before relying on any result.
Intellectual property
The Helvetic Research software and branding are ours. Your research inputs and results remain yours; you grant only the access needed to operate the service.
Availability and changes
The service is offered as a public preview without an uptime SLA. Features, plans, limits, and these terms may change; material changes appear on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from reliance on its outputs.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Kush Patil, sole proprietor, operating Helvetic Research (see our Legal Notice for full operator details).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not be located in, or use the service for the benefit of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or where your use would be unlawful.
AI and tool behavior
You direct the research tools, often through your own AI client. Inputs you submit are processed to produce results and are handled per our Privacy Policy. Outputs are generated by quantitative models and may be incomplete or wrong; they are research information, not advice, and you are responsible for validating them.
Termination and data
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach or to protect the service. On account closure, data is deleted per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and disclaimer
Our Privacy Policy and Research Disclaimer are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts at the operator's registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law applicable to you as a consumer.
